Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We aim to despatch to all our UK mainland customers within 24 hours of receipt of the order and deliver within 2 to 5 working days. You will receive your order via Royal Mail or Courier Service depending on its weight and size.

We Offer Free UK mainland Delivery on all orders over £50.00.

Orders of £10.00 and under the carriage is £2.50.Orders £10.00 - £20.00 the carriage is £3.50. Orders £20.00 - £50.00 the carriage is £5.50.

Guaranteed next day must be ordered by 12 noon (Monday to Friday) and is £8.95.

We can ship to most overseas destinations, please email us with your order and we can advise of the postage options and costs.

Your Credit / Debit Card will only be charged once the goods have been despatched. The invoice address must be the same as that of your card statement address and a land line telephone number is required. Cheques will be banked on receipt for security reasons.

Please use an appropriate delivery address where someone is available to sign for your order.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands are as above + £1.00.


 Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

If part of your order is not available we will contact you to ask if you would like to wait for the complete order to be dispatched, or you are willing to receive part of your order separately.


Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your goods and would like to return them, please telephone us quoting your receipt number within 7 working days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been used, assembled, washed or damaged or any personalised items.

Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as claims for lost returns parcels without proof of posting will not be accepted. We are unable to refund the cost of postage, with the exception of faulty goods. We try to process returns as quickly as possible however please allow up to 14 days.
