Tots and Rockers accept payment by MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB Cards, and Tots and Rockers Gift Vouchers. We use Natwest Streamline to process your order payment. If you would like to pay by cheque please contact us prior to ordering. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).
We make every effort ensure that your personal data is secure, including your name and address. We do not hold credit card information. Credit card payment is made through a secure website using the latest SSL technology. Information remains scrambled whenever it is transmitted over the web. This means that ordering via our site is even more secure than ordering over the phone.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of going online and all prices are in pounds sterling (£). By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions as listed on this page.

Right to Cancel

If you would like to cancel your order (once accepted by us) you may do so, up to the point of despatch (normally the same day or next day). If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
To cancel after this point please follow our returns policy.

All measurements given are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Please note we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

This website, its content and any contract brought into being as a result of using this site are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
Tots and Rockers endeavours to check the website for inaccuracies on this site. However, from time to time such information may include inaccuracies and typological errors.
Prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT at 15% where appropriate. A Delivery Charge is added at time of payment and we can refuse to accept or cancel any order at any time.
On rare occasions it may be necessary to change prices either up or down. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Delivery

We aim to despatch to all our UK mainland customers within 24 hours of receipt of the order and deliver within 2 to 5 working days. You will receive your order via Royal Mail or Courier Service depending on its weight and size.
We Offer Free UK mainland Delivery on all orders over £50.00,
Orders of £10.00 and under the carriage is £2.50.Orders £10.00 - £20.00 the carriage is £3.50. Orders £20.00 - £50.00 the carriage is £5.50.
Guaranteed next day must be ordered by 12 noon (Monday to Friday) and is £8.95.
We can ship to most overseas destinations, please email us with your order and we can advise of the postage options and costs.
Your credit / debit card will only be charged once the goods have been despatched. The invoice address must be the same as that of your card statement address and a land line telephone number is required. Cheques will be banked on receipt for security reasons.
Please use an appropriate delivery address where someone is available to sign for your order.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands are as above + £1.00.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
If part of your order is not available we will contact you to ask if you would like to wait for the complete order to be dispatched, or you are willing to receive part of your order separately.

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your goods and would like to return them, please email or telephone us quoting your receipt number within 7 working days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been used, assembled, washed or damaged or any personalised items.
Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as claims for lost returns parcels without proof of posting will not be accepted. We are unable to refund the cost of postage, with the exception of faulty goods. We try to process returns as quickly as possible however please allow up to 14 days.
